What is the Leadership add-on?
Leadership adds group management capabilities on top of your Pro subscription. You can create groups, invite members, and share skills across your team. It's ideal for team leads who want to organize their agents.
How does Teams pricing work?
Teams is priced per seat at $45/month (or $36/month billed annually) with a 5-seat minimum. Each seat includes full Pro access plus the Leadership layer. Contact us for volume discounts above 20 seats.
What happens when my Early Access period ends?
Your account converts to a paid Pro subscription. You'll be notified well in advance, and all your skills, settings, and group memberships are preserved.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is always preserved.
Do you offer discounts for large teams?
