Mentagent provides an AI-powered assistant designed to support real estate professionals in their day-to-day workflows. 5. AI-generated content

Mentagent does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any generated content. AI-generated content does not constitute legal, financial, or professional real estate advice.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service. Content generated by the Service on your behalf is provided for your use. Mentagent retains all rights to the Service itself, including its software, design, and underlying models.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mentagent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
